ello! I’m De’Lon (pronounced with one syllable—think “Duh-Lawn”), and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Demure Opulence Medspa. With six years of experience as a registered nurse and a bachelor’s degree under my belt, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to my practice. My journey in healthcare has been incredibly fulfilling, and I take great pride in helping others look and feel their best.
You might recognize me from my time on reality TV, where I discovered not only my passion for aesthetics but also the importance of genuine connections with people. Why me? Cindy Starke, MD,PhD
Dr. Cindy Starke is an award-winning author, physician, entrepreneur, and mentor who inspires others to break through their limits and unlock their full potential. A survivor of sexual abuse in her teenage years, she used education as a way to escape her past and build a better future. As the first in her family to attend college, Dr. Starke went on to earn both an MD and a PhD in Molecular Genetics, and was awarded the prestigious Woodruff Scholarship at Emory University.
With over 20 years of experience as a board-certified internal medicine physician, she has cared for patients in diverse settings, including urgent care, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and hospice. Dr. Starke’s research in genetics has been published in respected scientific journals such as the Journal of Bacteriology and Journal of Infectious Diseases.
Her signature style of speaking—energetic, passionate, and brutally honest—has made her a sought-after speaker, teacher, and trainer. Dr. Starke has been featured in various media outlets, including Moxie Magazine and the Gainesville Times. In her book, From Fear and Failure to the Finish Line, she shares her inspiring journey to complete an Ironman Triathlon, encouraging others to unleash their inner champion.
